800 Block is a privately-owned student housing property located just steps away from campus.
While you’re welcome to lease an apartment with a group of friends, we also offer roommate matching and individual leasing. This means, you can show up on your own, lease the apartment of your liking, and leave the rest to us.
With Individual Leasing, you are only responsible for your bedroom and your share of common area expenses. This means that your rent doesn’t change whether you live in an apartment with roommates, or whether you are the only person in an apartment and the remaining rooms are vacant.
Our pricing includes property-wide internet access. All utilities are covered with an affordable Utility Package Fee. The Utility Package is a fixed monthly fee of $75, regardless of usage amounts.
We offer annual (12 month) term and a limited amount of short-term (December and May-ending) agreements.
We accept check, money order, debit/credit cards, traveller’s checks. We do not accept cash payments.
Yes, you may. However, 800 Block does not work directly with the Financial Aid Office, therefore it would be up to you to wait until you have the funds in hand, and then make a payment for your rent.
Only approved ESA pets are permitted. All pets must be approved through 800block.petscreening.com.
